Entry Level and Mid Level Landscape Architecture Positions:
THOMAS SABIN STUDIO is currently seeking talented Entry Level and Mid Level Landscape Architect candidates with 1 to 5 years office experience. We are looking for individuals with strong design and creative problem-solving skills from conceptual design through construction documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participation in project teams, project management and client relations
Preparation of plans and project specifications (concept design through construction documents)
Production of design concepts, graphic presentations, and construction plans
Carry out technical project assignments: Project correspondence, coordination of permit submittals and bid packages, verification of code requirements and cost estimation
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
Demonstrated excellence in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and SketchUp
Experience with Revit and Lumion
Strong proactive interpersonal and client relationship skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong written, verbal and graphic communication skills
Ability to collaboratively work across multiple design disciplines and prioritize deadlines
